I was browsing through my crap sketches in this blog trying to find an old entry to use as a reference for this entry, but I couldn’t find it (I guess it was from way back when I was still using hellokittydiaryland…) and ended up getting my eyes burnt by old shitty shit I drew.
Anyway I don’t remember if I ever wrote about it or not (probably did though, I think I posted a few sketches for it), but Resurrection was one of my many attempts in creating a script for sequential art involving a few of my original characters. Back then I still didn’t really set their characters in stone, so in every variation, the characters get like a makeover to fit the story. The most severe change was in this version… where… Veloce is all stupid and whiny and Keritzel is all screwtheworldidon’tcare. I’m not sure if I like Vel this whiny and clueless, but I did enjoy making gangsta Keri… maybe I just enjoy making screwtheworldidon’tcare characters D: ? This sketch is also one of the few I want to finish but can’t because of school, GG
The last 2 times my dad drove me from and to my university, we were hit by snow storm. There is an area that we have to cross that has ridiculously bad weather records; if the forecast is snow, the worst of the snow would be there and the road would be like an expressway to hell (somewhere before Waterloo, then there is always the drift of doom from the snowdunes a little bit after). The first week’s ventures were recorded, this week we were hit by a storm that makes it impossible for us to see. If we turn on the lights the snow will blind us cus it was that bad; if we turn it off, we can’t see the road. Well, not that we can see the road with the light on anyway because everyone’s driving 20 and the whole road is covered. Our car was like the lead of a train of cars that didn’t dare to pass us. I’m really frightened by driving in severe weather conditions now that I’ve felt its impact twice in a row; my ego normally hates to admit defeat and assume cowardice, but nature’s power is subtle, when you finally get hit by it, it’s too late.
And I thought March will be a better month, but nope. Post-tonal theory prof already announced a bunch of assignments and tests that will be in March today, this calls for a celebration.

I remember my old town had a pretty bad snow storm a few years ago. My brother almost couldn’t come home from college for Christmas and my parents were way too afraid to drive through Seattle mountains to pick him up.
