{ Anime Expo 2008 }

So I was at LA the past week for AX before which Lani and her family was so kind to take us in before we head off to the hotel, and after which Hans and his friend, David, was very kind and took me sight-seeing around the area, not to mention treating me to a variety of restaurants. Although I didn’t get to walk around very much, the convention was a lot of fun. Due to its sheer size, a shit ton of DA artists that I knew attended, and I got to meet a lot of friends, and even some unexpected ones LIKE SPHISH LOL. Most of the fun occurred away from artist alley actually, massive fail here and there, like I forgot to bring my stand, JC was lost to the metro, and exploding instant foods. A few RO people were also there, although I didn’t manage to take many photos together. Most of my photos with them are still on other people’s cameras :( Sales weren’t as good as a con this size could’ve been, and I made less than AN, but I still did make a bunch of profit so I have no right to complain. If all goes well, I think I will go back next year :D
