I’ve been playing pokemanz on me DS. 10 years ago, I was playing pokemanz on a gameboy, but little did I know that 10 years later I’LL BE DOING THE SAME THING. Sad or cool? I DON’T KNOW. It is pretty neat now, since I haven’t played anything (except 2 cases of phoenix wright) between the last time I’ve played pokemanz and now. Everything is so fancied up, it’s annoying. like I don’t care that it’s raining or my bird is intimidating my enemies and all that. 90% of hte game time is unnecessary animation :( I do like the cut scene for Dialga though, but that’s about it!
I am also debating whether to go to Otakon or not… much like Anime North, I got prereg for Otakon and forgot about until I received an email during AX saying that I have a prereg. My friends have offered to share their table and room with me if I go, but the travel cost is pretty high, and I don’t really want to take up their precious space. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa /headdesk

Funny I was thinking the same thing. At least all the uneeded animations or information during battle if you could actually choose to skip a scene or something. Diamond/Pearl is the first pkmn game I’m playing in 10 years too DX!

hmm, same here with the new Sonic Advance for GBA. I used to play Sonic because it was fun and simple, you just jump on people’s heads and they die, now it seems that EVERY combination of buttons is a new ability! What’s up with games these days? :(
