Friend’s request

sadly my camera SUCKS and all of my dad’s photos are blurry so I just took a pic of my degree instead LOLOL

Convocation was hella early (8:45 am meetup AND I have to drive from Toronto which is 2 hours away wtf) but it was kind of hilarious, mostly because of the wardrobe. At least it would’ve looked really cool if they spent some more time and made the council’s robes look a little less ridiculous and cosplay-like! Our faculty was hysterical and cheered the shit out of our own graduates even though we were supposed to remain civil until every graduate’s name for the faculty has been called.

Oh and the convocation brass band also consisted of professors and the conductor from our faculty, so during their brief mentioning at the end of the ceremony, they also received a raging round of screaming. And they ended the ceremony with Indiana Jones as procession music HAHA.

It rained afterwards and traffic sucked ass (because the officers are geniuses since not letting any cars come in is obviously the BEST way to get people to LEAVE the area in a downpour gj) and I was generally disgruntled about the whole convocation thing the couple days before. I’m not a very public oriented person. But it was pretty funny so I’ll give it a break.

Oh yeah I totally didn’t plan well enough on my high priest drawing cus idk wtf to draw on the background since I didn’t even think of what she’s sitting on. DIRT IT IS (and yes not to mention she’s in an impossible pose ): god I’m brilliant)
