I spent all weekend slaving over bb1, but at least I think it’s sort of done now and I have 3 weeks (personal deadline) to figure out how to save everything in a pdf LOL. I’ve also thumbnailed a 10-page short story that I would like to include as an extra in the printed version. I don’t like making extra stories because I have to make it enjoyable, but pointless at the same time. The point of a bonus story is for it to be worth paying for, but really I don’t want to spoil anything that people who can’t buy it will never find out. THE DILEMMA
I’ve been bitching about my contrast problems for years and had always wanted to try starting out a painting in black and white, then colorize after, to fix the problem. I’ve finally done that because my procrastination spans across years… but I don’t think it worked because I just ended up with a black and white picture with no contrast LOL. That and I discovered I can’t paint freehand for shit without lines. like 80% of the time was spent on getting the characters right ): and they look cartoony

And I bought a poster of my own drawing back in December. I finally got off my lazy ass and bought a frame for it! now it’s sitting on the floor and probably going to be another month or so before it gets hung up on the wall LOL I NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY BAD HABITS

If you select the files you put in your PDF to be JPG files, the bleed will be in there of course.
I also figured out that you can just save a single file as .PDF in Photoshop by default, whcih will also contain all used layers, but you won't be able to put all the pages in one. Thus i suppose, you could try and "print" multiple PDF files into a larger PDF file containing all pages with pdf24 (if you just understood what i was babbling lol), but i haven't tried that :/

For your PDF issue, you can download a simple program called pdf24 (at least i think it was also avalible in english…). Its free and it works like a printer, so you just go to your folder and select the files you want to be put into the pdf, right click and hit print, arange everything the way you want (and dont forget to chose PDF24 as printer too) and then print. And then a little sheep will pop up and say CLONE ME. yea, thats what it does :/…
About your contrast issue, I think you're doing a great job on the manga currently, as you have been using lots of black recently too, especially on the speedlining thing of Meron :P… On the speedpaint you did, i think you did at least have a great contrast with the white as the sky looks all shiney, but the picture definately needs more deeper blacks, but i gues I don't need to tell you.
And if you hadn't mentioned Iriel was there, I wouldn't have seen him, o god camouflage kitty :<

For the PDF thing you could try using Adobe InDesign. I've used it for my magazine classes and it works pretty fine, not really hard to use too.
